Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, guide staff through the continuous improvement processes necessary to keep customer moulds and product operating and performing efficiently. This allows quality products to be manufactured and delivered on time.

In 1993, Lincoln Plastics Pty Ltd became one of the first South Australian plastic components manufacturers to attain quality certification to international standards for its Quality Management System. Today it maintains its Certification – AU1295-QC by being regularly assessed by TQCS International.

This certification verifies Lincoln Plastics has the capability to control quality of the goods and services they manufacture and supply in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Lincoln's Quality Management System covers the design, manufacture and post moulding assembly of precision plastic injection moulded components, and the design and manufacture of moulds.

In September 2022, Lincoln Plastics obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification for its Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 certification for its Safety Management System.
